EDJAS spec for HM Treasury PESA 2025, Table 1.1 (Total Managed Expenditure).

A three-tier ledger: CURRENT / CAPITAL EXPENDITURE sections, budget categories (Resource DEL, Resource departmental AME, ...), line items, and "Total ..." rows, across six years (four outturn + two plans). The header row is the years; the label column has a blank corner cell. The template classifies section headings (no figures), "Total ..." subtotals, and ordinary line items for styling.
