Seven real spreadsheets published by UK government bodies, redistributed here exactly as they were released, under the Open Government Licence. Each one has a specification file of a few lines, and each produces a readable HTML report.

They were chosen for their awkwardness as much as their content: sheet names with spaces in them, column headings running to twenty words, padding cells, mixed precision, - markers for nil, and one workbook of nineteen sheets from which the specification takes a single statement. Between them they cover most of what a real workbook will do to you.
